SUMMARY:
The Programme Director / Key Account Director (KAD) manages large global projects and works directly with the Solution Delivery Architects, Sales Solution Architects and Strategic Consultants to deliver the client road map on time and on budget.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Advise and Guide the strategic account
Engage with customer on Roadmaps, Exec Access, DEV insights/Access, Product Management
Understand, Manage and/or Influence all Infor Implementation decisions around the world for key accounts
Know the Right People (C-Level & Influencers)
Know the company, their business, their value, their current footprint
Participate actively on sales pursuits representing the customer
Be the Account and Relationship lead with definitive insight (Account Bookings)
Add value to the delivery of projects
Active onsite participation across projects/Be seen and known
Think customer success (PMs frequently think project success)
Utilize your skills (40% utilization target across portfolio)
Treat and manage your Key Accounts as a business – and run a good business
Understand and manage key operational metrics (A/R, Rev, Margin, etc)
Own and report the Forecast on a weekly basis
Engage and Lead customer escalations – advise, guidance & recommendations
Lead customers through escalations
Desired Skills and Experience
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Degree in business, computer science, process engineering preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Industry experience in large scale global implementations in software consulting services
• Prior experience implementing global software solutions
• Experience in managing large global business transformational projects
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of customer personnel
• Proven record of execution to time and budget
• Strategic and tactical thinking
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
• Knowledge of structured Business Process Reengineering techniques
• No travel restrictions – estimated 50-75%
• Strong project estimating skills, industry expertise or certification preferred
