Testing Program Manager/Director The Testing Program Manager/Director will have the following responsibilities
Engage the customer in modern methods of testing
Scout for opportunities to expand our testing footprint
Aim for breakthrough improvements in the overall QA and testing areas
Work closely with PSD delivery team to facilitate for adoption of new strategies
Running a Test Factory having standardized test processes and methodology
Desired Skills and Experience
German speaker is mandatory
Senior Test Manager well versed in all methodologies of testing For e.g Model based testing, Agile, Business process driven testing approach
Test Automation and good knowledge on Test Tools
Performance Testing/ NFT exposure
TMMi Maturity Model know how
V Model for Testing
Have followed stringent KPI and SLA’s for Test Performance Measurement
Very good communication skills for senior management interaction
High level of negotiation and stakeholder conflict resolution
Should have worked on defect tracking tools like HP Quality Center
Hands on experience in QA Testing (UAT / SIT) in Payment Systems applications
Should have wide exposure to banking applications, esp in the areas of Payments, Trade Finance, Messaging, Compliance and Inv Banking
Experience with interacting with the customers on a regular basis
Proven experience in a project / program management capacity
