Job description

Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
• Support the implementation of the Managed Services strategy in Austria and Germany
• Launch a variety of direct marketing campaigns to drive measurable customer behavior such as acquisition, activation, and usage through different channels
• Manage direct marketing agencies from briefing to execution, driving measurable results and cost efficiencies
• Contribute to closing sales opportunities identified by MasterCard Advisors account cluster leads, for example by presenting at client meetings and providing input to proposals
• Develop new solutions and supporting sales materials, particularly digital solutions
• Partner with MasterCard Worldwide’s Marketing team to create solutions which leverage Priceless Assets
• Support Market lead with supplier management and project documentation
• Extract and apply best practices across Europe region and globally, identifying opportunities to both import and export best practices and solutions

Education, Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus
• Experience at driving results oriented marketing campaigns at financial institutions and/or telecommunications firms
• Direct marketing experience with acquiring new customers and /or lifecycle marketing required
• Experience in two or more of the following channels required: direct mail, digital and event marketing
• Contract negotiation and agency management
• Application of analytics and metrics to drive marketing campaigns

• Excellent PowerPoint skills; excellent oral and written presentation skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel within Europe for project delivery (estimated 30%)
Languages:
• Fluent German and English required
• Additional languages a plus
